Stay Focused
First and foremost, you must remain focused. There are so many choices and ways to make money online, you can sometimes suffer from what is called "information overload". Stay focused on your goal. Whatever internet business or program you choose, don't lose track of what you are doing when the next "big opportunity" comes along.
Build Momentum
If you jump from one opportunity to the next, you'll never be able to get anywhere with any of them. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your internet business. To make money online, it is imperative that you focus on one income source first. After you've seen some results, go out and search for additional income sources.
Promote,Promote,Promote!!
In order for your business to grow, you must promote it. No business can survive with advertising, whether online or off. It is absolutely impossible to make money online without promoting your business.
The above points are just a small part of what it takes to make money online. There are many other aspects to consider, which I will cover in future articles. The best advise I can give you at this point, is to educate yourself. The more you learn, the easier it will be for you to make money online.
